You have survived the first working week of 2017 – high flipping five! If you’re anything like me that was no mean feat! I’ve just come back from a spa in the Lake District which was possibly one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had, and I’m in some sort of zen-relaxed-higher-state-of-being this afternoon.
